To access your account on the web you must have visited the forum page inside the app (while being signed in) at least once. This will create an account with the email you're signed in with.

I have a paid subscription but can’t access those features on my iPad

I paid for a subscription on my iPhone. I’m logged in with the same account on both my iPhone and iPad, but I can’t access the subscription features on the iPad. If I try to pay for a subscription on my iPad, the app tells me I already pay for this, so the app recognizes I have a subscription, but I’m still unable to access those features.

You could try going to your profile on the ipad and click on restore subscription.I hope that helps, otherwise let me know!
