After doing so you can reset your password for this forum on the login page and sign in.
I have a paid subscription but can’t access those features on my iPad
I paid for a subscription on my iPhone. I’m logged in with the same account on both my iPhone and iPad, but I can’t access the subscription features on the iPad. If I try to pay for a subscription on my iPad, the app tells me I already pay for this, so the app recognizes I have a subscription, but I’m still unable to access those features.
I guess there’s no product support for this product.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply.
You could try going to your profile on the ipad and click on restore subscription.
